Unified API for trading across prediction markets
What it is
A unified API layer for prediction-market data and trading, often described as the CCXT for prediction markets. It offers a consistent interface to venues including Polymarket, Kalshi, Limitless, Opinion, Smarkets, Metaculus and others, with Python and TypeScript SDKs, a CLI, and MCP support for AI agents. Traders and developers building across multiple venues can use a hosted API where PMXT handles custody and settlement, or self-host the MIT-licensed server for venue-native credentials and full control. Hosted trading writes currently cover only a subset of venues such as Polymarket, Opinion, and Limitless, with other venues limited to data or self-hosted access.
