Who maintains it
AI Quant Nav (aiquantnav.com) is a directory for people researching AI and quantitative trading tools. An independent maintainer runs it. The point is to turn scattered GitHub, Hugging Face, and awesome-quant projects into a list you can search, compare, and actually try.
The site does not trade, recommend stocks, or sell courses. A listing describes what a tool is for and where it falls short. The decision is yours.
Where the pages come from
- Three sources, crawled on a schedule: GitHub, Hugging Face, and awesome-quant. The job deduplicates and stores the result. The public schedule named on the Chinese site is 07:17 Asia/Shanghai.
- Summaries: Chinese tool pages use a generated Chinese introduction that has to pass a rules check before it is shown. English tool pages exist only where an English summary was written. A missing summary means no English tool page, not a machine-translated stub.
- Hand-added products: a few SaaS tools that never appear in the crawl (for example TradingView and EODHD) are added by the maintainer and marked as such.
Stack
The site is Next.js, statically generated. The catalog is a single seeds.json file: no database and no accounts. It is hosted on Vercel. Crawler and generation scripts are in the maintainer's GitHub account. This site does not publish a separate organization social profile.
Affiliates
Some outbound links are affiliate links. The relationship does not change what is listed or how it is ordered. A listing is not a recommendation. Most of the catalog is open source or free to try. The Chinese privacy and affiliate disclosure is the full write-up; there is no separate English legal page yet.
