SEC statements, ratios and holder filings behind a key
What it is
A hosted API for company figures taken from SEC filings, addressed by ticker or CIK. Income statements, balance sheets and cash-flow statements are available as annual, quarterly and trailing sets, along with ratios, shares outstanding, insider transactions and institutional holders, and a profile route adds business description and risk fields pulled from the annual report. Analysts and developers who want those statements inside an application, not only on a research screen, are the audience. Calls require a bearer key and sit behind per-account rate limits, and the narrative profile fields are an extraction layered on the filing rather than the filing itself.
