Websocket footprint candles for five crypto exchanges
What it is
A TypeScript service that builds footprint candles from live trade prints on exchange websockets. It connects to Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, and Gate.io, stores the candles in PostgreSQL with TimescaleDB, and can publish candle closes through an optional RabbitMQ queue. Developers who want those bars run one service per exchange, and a separate command backfills Binance history between two timestamps. TimescaleDB has to be running, historical backfill covers Binance only, and the stacked-imbalance helpers live in the chart-patterns library.
