Release control for staggered cross-sectional signals
What it is
A Python library that screens cross-sectional signals for leakage from staggered data arrival, and withholds only the signals that fail. A susceptibility fit on earlier completed periods drives a release controller that can hold a contaminated signal until a deadline while publishing benign signals early, and a fixed-seed demo carries a planted bias. Teams who rebuild panels from as-filed sources such as EDGAR company facts, or who join a feature store to whatever has arrived by a timestamp, are the audience. It is the wrong tool for hunting look-ahead bugs in a backtest engine, the panel has to carry arrival times, and it depends on NumPy, pandas, and SciPy.
