bta-lib
Technical analysis library in pandas for backtesting
What it is
A technical analysis library built on pandas by the author of Backtrader. It offers a large set of indicators that return pandas objects, so they fit straight into quantitative analysis and backtesting workflows. Python developers who want indicator calculations without a compiled dependency are the main audience. Pure pandas calculations are slower than C-based libraries such as TA-Lib on very large datasets, which matters mainly for heavy batch work.
