Rblpapi
R interface to Bloomberg through the Blp API
What it is
An R package that connects to Bloomberg through the official Blp API. It retrieves historical data, reference data and field information directly into R sessions, ready for analysis with the rest of the R toolchain. R users who need Bloomberg data in their quantitative research workflows are the target audience. It needs a working Bloomberg terminal or API connection, so it cannot be used at all without Bloomberg access.
