SEC holdings and insider filings for scripts and agents
What it is
A TypeScript command-line client and MCP server for institutional holdings and insider filings from a hosted SEC dataset. From a terminal, a script, or an MCP-compatible assistant, it can search institutions, list their latest holdings, rank stocks by net institutional flow, summarize insider trades, and flag tickers where institutions and company insiders are both buying. Analysts and developers who want those filings inside an assistant or a small script are the audience. Anonymous calls are rate-limited by network address, and the numbers come from that hosted service rather than a crawl you run yourself.
