Filed public-company stakes in Anthropic and OpenAI
What it is
An open dataset of equity stakes that US public companies report, or are inferred to hold, in Anthropic and OpenAI. Curated tables store point-in-time ownership and funding events drawn from filings, court records, and press releases, a script pulls footnote figures from annual and quarterly filings, and every row is tagged verified, probable, or speculative. Researchers mapping big-tech exposure to those labs can read the CSV files or open the included dashboard. A verified flag is reserved for a figure the issuer stated in a primary document, most other percentages are inferred, and the collection is an aggregation rather than investment advice.
